Summit Tech Center (A program of West Shore ESD)

By bidding on any item on STC I agree to accept these terms.

As a bidder, you are accepting all responsibility for the unaided pick-up of items.

All items are sold in untested, “as is” and “where-is” condition and must be removed at the Purchaser’s risk and expense. No refunds of any kind will be given. All sales are final.

Pickup of all property: Successful bidders must make arrangements to pick up items from Summit Tech Center located on the West Shore Community College Campus within 5 business days of the auction ending and are by appointment only. (If you show up without an appointment, there is no guarantee that the item will be available for pickup.)

Payment is required within 5 days.

Cashier's checks made out to West Shore ESD are the only accepted forms of payment.

Winning bidders will be provided with exact pick-up location information.

Business hours are 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

All items are subject to sales tax.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make an appointment, keep the appointment, and remove the sale item(s) from its stated location, by the date and time for removal listed in the auction, or all rights to the said auction item(s) will be forfeited; and the item(s) will remain the property of the Summit Tech Center and may be resold.

Please note that listings are ONLY for the items in the description. If you happen to see something in the background, please assume it is NOT included unless it is part of the description.

Summit Tech Center reserves the right to remove any item from the online auctions at any time.
