Pickup Information:


Winning bidders will receive 2 emails. One from Bidcorp and an email from Summit Tech Center. The latter will include a confirmation of the auction/sale, funds due, and directions on making an appointment and where to pick up.


ALL AUCTION ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITH IN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION!!

*ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITH IN THE 5 BUSINESS DAYS WILL BE RE-LISTED FOR AUCTION AND THE BIDDERS ACCOUNT WILL BE DEACTIVATED.

Tax:

All Auction's listed will be charged 6% Michigan Sales Tax EXCEPT for vehicles. Vehicle sales will pay the 6% Michigan Sales Tax at the Secretary of State.


Tax Exempt Customers:

You are required to submit a Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption, Form 3372 for each purchase in order to buy any item Tax Exempt. Click here to download form . A copy of your sales tax license will not be accepted. If we are not presented a signed copy of the form, you will not be considered Tax Exempt for any purchase. The successful bidder is responsible for including the appropriate sales tax in their Cashiers Check or Money Order at time of pick-up.
